Social Media Manager (SaaS-Focused)
Ultra Labs is searching for a proactive, highly organized Social Media Manager to own and scale our social media presence across multiple SaaS and tech-driven brands. Ultra Labs is a U.S.–based Business Incubator/Accelerator focused on building and growing software companies.
This role goes beyond posting content—you’ll manage social media as a growth and demand channel, ensuring content, campaigns, analytics, and workflows are executed consistently and effectively. The ideal candidate understands SaaS marketing, is data-driven, and knows how to use tools and automation to work efficiently.
What You’ll Do
_Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies for multiple SaaS brands and projects
_Create, schedule, and optimize social content across platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter,
_Align social media content with SaaS goals such as lead generation, product awareness, feature launches, and retention
_Monitor engagement, growth, and performance metrics; turn insights into action
_Maintain content calendars, documentation, and reporting
_Use AI tools to support content creation, repurposing, and workflow efficiency
_Set up tracking links, basic automation, and performance dashboards
_Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to support campaigns and launches
_Engage with audiences professionally (comments, DMs, brand mentions when needed)
_Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
What We’re Looking For
_Proven experience managing social media for SaaS or tech products
_Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at managing multiple brands or accounts
_Proactive and accountable—you follow up, spot gaps, and keep things moving
_Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
_Experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, GA, social scheduling tools, or similar)
_Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and productivity
_Strong written communication skills, especially for professional and B2B audiences
_Ability to create structured processes, calendars, and repeatable workflows
_3–5 years of experience in social media management, SaaS marketing, or a related role (preferred)
