Short-form video editor

We are in looking for an editor to re-purpose old content into new, edit newly recorded content and compile batches of videos.
We are a UK streetwear fashion brand inspired by Anime. We run only organic ads and post daily on TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.

We are looking for competent editors who:
- have experience editing short-form content in 9:16 ratio.
- have a deep understanding of social media & how to create algorithm optimised content.
- are reliable & have fast responses
- are flexible with work-hours
- determined
- take pride in their work
- creative-minded
- problem solvers
- want to see the brand succeed
- have some knowledge on anime (this is optional but would be great)

Skills required:
- Adobe Premiere Pro

You will be paid PER video, so monthly pay is NOT limited.
For every APPROVED video, you will be paid: $10-15 (varies depending on difficulty & length)
THERE IS NO LIMIT TO HOW MUCH YOU CAN GET PAID.
More videos = more pay!
