This is for someone who knows how to build, lead, and scale.

At the Co-Creation Agency, we don’t just market brands. We build ecosystems that create impact, opportunity, and long-term growth. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who is ready to take ownership of our digital presence and grow into a Team Manager role as performance and KPIs are met.

If you love building structure, strategy, creative execution, and the challenge of managing multiple vertical without losing consistency or heart, this role was designed for you.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for overseeing and executing the digital marketing strategy across all verticals under the Co-Creation Agency umbrella. You’ll work closely with leadership, designers, photographers, and PR partners in the near future where initiative matters and ideas are welcome.

This role starts hands-on and grows into leadership. As KPIs are met, this position evolves has the potential to evolve into managing additional team members, projects, and performance at a higher level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll publish SEO-driven blog content to improve visibility and engagement.

You’ll ensure websites reflect current initiatives, offerings, and campaigns and FB pixel tracking.

You’ll manage online directories so listings, images, and information are always polished and up to date.

You’ll maintain organized digital asset libraries for internal use and media needs.

Marketing and Campaign Execution

You’ll plan and send consistent, high-quality e-newsletters to customers and stakeholders.

You’ll build targeted email campaigns to support launches, promotions, events, and announcements.

You’ll monitor performance and optimize based on engagement and conversion data.
Technology and Digital Strategy

You’ll stay ahead of emerging marketing tools and platforms.

You’ll research, recommend, and help implement new systems that improve efficiency and results.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to refine workflows, automations, and reporting.

You'll be responsible for PPC conversions and FB pixel tracking.

Who This Role Is For:

You’re tech-savvy, confident, and able to produce results immediately. This is not a role with a three-month ramp-up period.

You bring proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, and references will be verified.

You understand SEO, website management (Wix / Click Funnels/ GoHigh Level), email marketing (ActiveCampaign), and analytics (FB / Google).

You can juggle multiple verticals without dropping details.

You’re organized, communicative, proactive and DO NOT NEED TO BE MICRO Managed.

You’re not just executing tasks, you’re thinking about growth, systems, and leadership.

You’ve worked in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and ownership matters.

Compensation and Growth:

This role offers three layers of compensation:

1. Base salary (Full-time) M-F 8 am- 5 pm EST (US)
2. Performance bonuses
3. Performance overrides tied to results and leadership impact
