We are currently expanding and looking for a dedicated, tech-minded Virtual Assistant to join our core team. We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. You will be the "right hand" in managing digital operations, ranging from e-commerce management to AI-driven content creation.
This is a perfect role for someone who loves exploring new software and is eager to learn. You will receive direct training on our specific workflows and SaaS platforms, working closely with the founder until you are ready to manage operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
AI Content Creation: Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Higgsfield, PixelCut, Gemini) to generate and edit high-quality images for branding and marketing.
Shopify Management: Upload products, manage inventory listings, and ensure product descriptions are accurate and optimized.
SEO Copywriting: Draft engaging blog posts and website content using AI assistance, ensuring they are optimized for search engines (SEO).
Social Media Coordination: Schedule and post content across various platforms (Instagram,
SaaS & Tech Oversight: Navigate and oversee various software-as-a-service platforms, ensuring workflows are running smoothly and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
Data Organization: Use Excel/Google Sheets to track tasks, inventory, or performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Tech-Savvy: You are a "power user" of the internet. You pick up new software, websites, and platforms quickly.
AI Literacy: Basic experience with AI tools for image generation and copywriting (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Google AI Studios).
E-commerce Familiarity: Basic knowledge of the Shopify/Woocommerce backend (product uploads, tagging, etc.).
Analytical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, and organization).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Organization: A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing track of deadlines.
