Faceless Social Media Page Manager

We are seeking a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant to manage and grow a faceless themed social media page (Instagram/TikTok/X). This role focuses on content execution, posting, engagement, and basic analytics—without appearing on camera or using personal branding.

The ideal candidate is organized, trend-aware, and understands how to grow pages through consistency, strategy, and audience engagement.Key Responsibilities
Content Management

Create and schedule daily posts (quotes, carousels, reels, clips, graphics, captions)

Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, etc.)

Source trending audio, clips, memes, or news relevant to the page’s niche

Write engaging captions with strong hooks and calls-to-action

Maintain brand voice and aesthetic (faceless branding)

Posting & Scheduling

Post consistently according to a content calendar

Use scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

Optimize posting times for reach and engagement

Engagement & Growth

Respond to comments and DMs professionally

Engage with similar pages (likes, comments, shares)

Follow/unfollow strategy where appropriate

Identify viral trends and adapt them for the brand

Analytics & Reporting

Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, followers, saves)

Provide weekly or bi-weekly performance reports

Suggest improvements based on data

Monetization Support (Optional / Bonus)

Assist with affiliate links, digital products, or lead magnets

Help manage link-in-bio tools (Linktree, Stan Store, Beacons)

Support brand outreach or DM campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience managing Instagram and/or TikTok pages

Strong understanding of faceless content strategies

Basic graphic design skills (Canva required)

Strong writing and caption skills

Organized, consistent, and self-motivated

Able to follow instructions and brand guidelines

Familiar with trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience growing pages to 10k+ followers

Knowledge of a specific niche (politics, finance, motivation, news, etc.)

Experience with automation tools or AI content tools

Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar)

Type: Part-time / Contract

Hours: 5–10 hours per week (scales with growth)
