This role combines recruitment, client relationship management, and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a variety of tasks and works well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes to conducting interviews and selecting top talent.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and managing internal communications.
- Provide support to senior management by coordinating projects, preparing reports, and organizing team activities.
- Assist with employee onboarding and other HR-related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Communicate with clients regarding active recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with leadership on various business operations and help manage employee relations and team development.
- Take advantage of opportunities to grow into a leadership role, helping manage and develop tea ---------- mbers as the company expands.

Qualifications:
- Recruitment experience – REQUIRED
- Remote work experience – REQUIRED
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external candidates.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented, able to work independently and take initiative.
- Familiarity with administrative tools, Google Sheets, and Canva.
- Quick to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Commitment to a long-term relationship with the company.
