SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
YGCCC – YuGlobal Consulting Companies Corporation

ROLE SUMMARY (READ THIS FIRST)
This role exists to:
Manage YGCCC’s public presence across platforms
Handle inbound communication from investors, partners, talent, and collaborators
Coordinate and publish thought-leadership and brand content
Manage multiple accounts and pages cleanly and consistently
Protect leadership time and company reputation
You are managing people, signals, and brand perception — not customers.

YGCCC operates multiple companies under one ecosystem. Social media is often the first and fastest point of contact for:
Potential investors
Strategic partners
Talent and operators
Media and industry peers
This role ensures:
Important messages are recognized and routed correctly
Brand voice stays consistent across all platforms
Content execution does not depend on leadership
No reputational risk is created through careless posting or replies

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Multi-Account & Page Management
Manage multiple social media accounts and pages across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
Monitor DMs, comments, mentions, and inbound messages
Identify high-signal outreach (investors, partners, collaborators) and prioritize accordingly
Filter out spam, noise, and low-value interactions without escalation

2. People, Investor & Partner Communication
Professionally acknowledge inbound messages from investors, partners, and operators
Maintain a calm, credible, non-promotional tone
Route high-level inquiries to leadership with clear context and recommendations
Avoid over-promising, selling, or misrepresenting the company

3. Brand Voice & Reputation Management
Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with YGCCC values and positioning
Correct misinformation or misrepresentation when appropriate
Handle negative, hostile, or misleading comments with restraint and judgment
Protect the credibility of YGCCC and its portfolio companies at all times

4. Content Posting & Execution
Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
Manage content calendars and posting timelines
Coordinate with editors, designers, or content creators
Ensure captions, tags, links, and assets are accurate and intentional

5. Organization, Systems & Reporting
• Keep social accounts, assets, captions, and links organized
• Ensure no important messages or opportunities are missed
• Track engagement health and inbound interest quality (not vanity metrics)
• Provide short weekly summaries:
What happened
What matters
What needs leadership attention

6. Escalation & Leadership Protection
Know what requires leadership involvement vs what can be handled independently
Escalate cleanly with context, not raw messages
Protect leadership time by handling 80–90% of routine activity without interruption

Not chasing likes, trends, or vanity metrics
Not posting without direction or brand awareness

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience managing multiple social media accounts or pages
Experience handling DMs and public interactions professionally
Strong written communication and judgment
Organized, reliable, and systems-oriented
Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment
Understands discretion, reputation, and tone
