Social Media & Community Manager

Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Skool

We’re a growing property investing brand currently in the early stages of building our online presence. We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Community Manager who can help make our brand seen, visible, and trusted across multiple platforms.

This role goes beyond just posting, we want someone who understands growth, engagement, and community-building, especially within the property or real estate space.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Skool platforms
- Create and schedule property investing content (Reels, carousels, short-form videos, posts)
- Increase visibility by actively:
1. Commenting on relevant property pages
2. Engaging in conversations where our target audience is active
3. Building presence within the property investing community


Write engaging captions tailored to property investors and beginners
- Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach
- Manage comments, DMs, and Skool community interactions
- Suggest and implement strategies to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness
- Work closely with the founder to align content with brand direction


Requirements
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Familiarity or strong interest in Property / Property Investing
- Understanding of organic and paid social media growth strategies
- Comfortable with daily engagement (commenting, replying, interacting)
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and community platforms like Skool
- Proactive, creative, and self-driven


Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience in property investing or real estate brands
- Video editing skills for Reels and TikTok
- Experience managing online communities
