Social Media Marketing Supervisor $800+ USD (Remote, flexible hours)

We are currently hiring for the position of a "Social Media Marketing Supervisor"

Previous Experience in this field is not necessary, but a bonus.
The most important thing is that you have an eye for what works well on social media, that you're responding quickly and are reliable and do your job carefully.

Background Story:
We are a social media management firm specializing in the consultation of female influencers.
We employ more than 100 Social Media VAs, which are posting for us and our creators on social media on a daily basis.
They post on IG, Threads and TikTok.
We have 3 managers already, making sure all accounts will be setup properly and so on.
And now we look for a supervisor/ assistant, who is gonna make sure that all the work is being done properly.
If we see potential, you might be suitable for another similar position in this field as well, as we have multiple open positions right now.

What the job consists of:
- being in close contact with our Marketing chief, communicating daily via text
- doing daily check ups of the accounts, check if everybody posts as they should and if all looks proper
- might also handle 1 IG, 1 Threads, 1 TT Account as well, so you gain experience there and know what they're talking about (takes an 1 hour per day max, we will provide a new phone for that)
- write reports about the work of the people that are posting, keeping us up to date
- write feedback reports for the posting VAs

What do we expect from the candidate:
- high trust and reliability (you should have the will to really do it, and not just "try it out" for 2 weeks)
- a laptop with proper internet connection
- solid english, but doesn't need to be C1/C2
- QUICK RESPONSES (one of the most important things) it will be a full time job, but no fixed hours, it can be flexible whenever you prefer mostly, BUT availability and quick responses during the day are very important, if you need an hour to respond everytime, its not the right job for you
- should have an eye for aesthetics, if something looks aesthetically pleasing on social media or not (sending references for that such as the private social media account is something we'd like to see before)

What do you get:
- the starting salary will be 500$ fix per month, with a monthly increase of 100$ for the next 3 months and the option of further increase in the future, if we're happy with your work
- pretty easy going work environment, can work from anywhere you want
- no fixed hours, some days a few hours more, some days a few hours less, depending on how much is going on
