JOB POST:
A fast growing client acquisition & retention agency is looking for a personable, thorough appointment setter to contact prospective clients via telephone.
We work on behalf of our clients to phone up their leads and book appointments. This means that you will be phoning on behalf of different residential cleaning companies making sure your work never gets boring!

Responsibilities:
Calling our clients' leads maximizing the appointments booked.
Determining fit between the company and prospects (qualifying)
Scheduling a home clean between the prospective client and our clients.
Collecting payment methods on file.
Following up with customers and converting them into recurring clients.
Requirements:
Fluent or English Proficiency Level B2 and up (spoken and written)
Have a cheerful personality and be a people person.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Highly coachable with the ability to quickly absorb feedback and implement new directives with minimum delay.
Able to follow step by step instructions
Stable internet connection
Stable electricity
A good quality headset
Two screens is a must
Internet speed must be 20mbps download, 10mbps upload
Be able to do any of the following shifts:
All schedules are in Eastern Time:
9am-5PM
9AM-8PM
12PM-8PM
12PM-9PM
Once we have hired you and given you a shift slot, this will be your shift slot permanently. You will be expected to do this shift on the same days and times each week.
Compensation:
$4/h.
$150 Bonus for every 20 appointments booked and conducted.
