Customer Service Agent (Commslayer)

We are looking for a competent and reliable customer service agent, with experience using Commslayer or Gorgias, who is able to work 40 hours a week, from (14:00-20:00 Philippines) Monday to Friday inclusive.

You will be using Commslayer to reply to customers emails, DMs and social media posts. You'll need to resolve customers issues, help track orders and maintain social media pages.

You'll report into a UK based Head of Operations, and a senior Customer Service Agent, based in the Philippines.

Pay is $3USD an hour.
