About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant / Marketing Assistant to support marketing-related tasks across MHI. You’ll be working closely with the founder and assisting with various marketing initiatives and operational tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and supporting fast-moving marketing projects.

Responsibilities (may include but not limited to):
- Assisting with day-to-day marketing tasks and initiatives
- Supporting content creation, posting, and organization
- Conducting research for marketing ideas, competitors, or trends
- Handling light admin tasks related to marketing operations
- Keeping tasks organized and following up when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Marketing Assistant
- Basic understanding of marketing (social media, content, digital marketing)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable internet connection

Nice to Have (not required):
- Experience with social media platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Airtable, and Slack
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
