Canva Designer for Etsy Digital Products (Sassy • Snarky • Fun • Tested Deliverables Only)

JOB SUMMARY

I’m hiring a Canva designer with personality to create bold, sassy, snarky, fun digital and printable products for my Etsy shop, ORai Prints / Crafty Corner. As well as our Craft Fair side of things.

This is not a generic shop.
This brand has attitude, humor, confidence, and edge.

This is not the role for you.

This is a trial-based, deliverable-driven role with a paid test project.
Work is only considered complete after testing and final approval.

Printables, cutables, customizable Etsy ready for Digital downloads and or prints

You must be able to design with:

Sassy, snarky, playful tone: I will provide direction and ideas you provide the Design Skill AI is fine for inspiration and design. Etsy ready required. Long term this will be a partnership and of course your ideas and suggestions will be invaluable.

Fun typography and confident layouts

Personality-driven text (not bland filler)

A consistent brand look across bundles

Think:

“Do the damn thing”
Eye-rolling humor
Confident, not cute
Fun with a little bite

You will be expected to match the vibe exactly, not reinterpret it.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Canva-based digital products for Etsy:

Planners
Notepads
Wall art
SVGs
Etsy Ready

Cohesive themed bundles To be separated and bundled together on Etsy. (If you have Etsy experience, that is a bonus.

Follow brand vibe and style guidelines exactly - This is very important and non negotiable. Again, I will help with ideas

Test every product before submission - This is important.

Deliver clean, organized files with proper naming

Meet deadlines without reminders

?REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong Canva experience (templates, layouts, exports)

Printable design knowledge (US Letter, margins, bleed)

SVG creation compatible with Cricut

Ability to design with personality, not generic templates Using AI for inspiration is fine.

Etsy experience

Extreme attention to detail

Comfortable with feedback and revisions

Reliable communication

You don’t test your work

You design generic or inspirational-only products

You struggle with brand direction

You expect payment for unfinished or untested work

You need constant reminders or hand-holding

You are uncomfortable with direct feedback

PAY & TRIAL STRUCTURE

Paid test project (required) $25 to $50 depends on test

Test is payable only after final approval and complete delivery - Original, no copies AI inspiration is fine. The bundle test, i will give you a theme,

Deliverable-based pay (not hourly) Goal - is 3 to 5 bundles a week.

No payment for untested or incomplete work

Ongoing work available for the right fit

PAID TEST REQUIREMENT

All applicants must complete a paid test project.

Test must be fully completed

All testing must be documented

All tests must be original AI inspiration is fine. But absolutely no copying someone else's design.

Payment is issued after approval and delivery

Untested or incomplete tests will not be paid
