Customer Service VA (Shopify Dropshipping | USA Time Zone)

We are a fast-growing Shopify dropshipping fashion brand and we are looking to hire a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative immediately.

This role is for someone who understands high-volume dropshipping customer service, works cleanly with systems, and can think independently while following SOPs.

USA Time Zone
4–8 hours per day
7 days a week
Daily availability is required

???? Responsibilities
Handle customer support via email
Use email labels to keep the inbox organized

Manage:
Order issues & delays
Refunds & returns
Customer follow-ups
Work inside Shopify daily
Maintain and update Google Sheets (refunds, follow-ups, quality checks)
Track recurring issues and report them proactively
Follow SOPs carefully and consistently
Communicate clearly with the team via ----------

Proven experience working for a Shopify DROPSHIPPING store
Has worked for a store generating $100,000+ in monthly revenue

Strong experience with Shopify customer support
Comfortable using email labels and inbox organization
Excellent with Google Sheets
Strong at customer follow-ups
Very detail-oriented (no careless mistakes)
Honest, reliable, and professional
Able to think outside the box while respecting processes

$1.50 – $3.50 per hour
Based on experience and performance
This is a long-term opportunity
Hourly rate will increase with strong, consistent performance
