Senior Accountant

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant with extensive experience in the apparel industry. This role is crucial to managing all aspects of financial operations, including daily bookkeeping, cash flow management, and lender negotiations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to ensuring meticulous financial oversight and compliance within the sector.

Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting (AR, AP, GL, journal entries)
• Prepare and manage cash flow statements
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Execute wire transfers and manage banking transactions
• Act as the primary point of contact with banks and factoring companies
• Handle borrowing base reports, lender/factor reporting, and compliance
• Support ERP accounting processes (BlueCherry or similar apparel ERPs)

Requirements:
• Proven experience in the apparel or fashion industry
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (BlueCherry strongly preferred)
• Direct experience working with banks and factoring companies
• Strong understanding of cash flow, lender reporting, and reconciliations
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable owning the function end-to-end
