I’m Jeroen and I’m building a YouTube channel called Behind Your Mind.
Every day, your mind gets influenced by ads, by social media, and sometimes even by your own thoughts. Most people never notice it.
Behind Your Mind uncovers the psychology of human behavior and influence, revealing the hidden forces that shape how we think, feel, and act.
We uncover what your brain hides from you and make the science behind your thoughts simple, fun, and eye opening.
Behind Your Mind makes the invisible visible. Because the more you understand your mind, the less it can be used against you.
What I need
I’m looking for an animator who can help me bring these videos to life with clean, professional visuals. Think engaging explainer style animations that make psychology feel simple and addictive to watch. The style can be 2D motion graphics, simple character animation, minimal 3D, or a mix, as long as it looks modern and clear.

I already have 5 videos fully finished including voice over.
I also have 5 more that are about 95 percent done.
The last step before posting is animation.

What you will do:
Create animations that match the script and voice over
Turn abstract ideas into clear visual metaphors
Help with a consistent look across episodes
Deliver finished scenes and the project files if relevant

What I’m looking for in you:
You can show a portfolio with animation work
You communicate clearly and reply on time
You can follow a visual style and keep it consistent
You are okay with feedback and a few revision rounds
You care about making the video better, not just finishing the task

I want to be upfront. I’m still a student and I’m investing everything into building this channel, but I don’t have a big budget yet. I’m looking for your best possible rate per minute for this starting phase.
If the channel starts earning properly or a video takes off, I’m totally willing to raise the rate quickly. I’m trying to build something long term with the right person.
