Scheduling in-home appointments (Warm leads)

We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, and high-performing Appointment Setter to join our team.

The Role
You will be calling warm leads — patients who have been referred by their Family Doctor — to schedule in-home appointments with our health professionals. Accuracy, professionalism, and empathy are essential.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years recent outbound calling or telemarketing experience
- Proven ability to consistently make 160+ manual dial calls daily
- Clear and friendly spoken English, with confidence on the phone
- Experience working with companies in Australia, UK, USA, or Canada
- Strong listening skills and ability to follow instructions and systems precisely
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience scheduling in-home visits (healthcare, insurance, or home services)
