We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager who knows how to grow a brand from zero. If you love building fresh or “baby” pages, leveraging AI tools, and turning content into consistent growth, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Grow new or low-follower social media accounts from scratch
- Develop and execute content strategies optimized for reach, engagement, and followers
- Use AI tools to ideate, create, schedule, and optimize content
- Identify trends, hooks, and formats that perform well on emerging pages
- Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that drives organic growth
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate quickly based on data
- Maintain brand voice while experimenting with viral and scalable content styles

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience growing new or small social media pages
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies (hashtags, hooks, posting cadence, trends)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, Canva AI, scheduling/analytics tools)
- Ability to plan, test, and scale content ideas rapidly
- Knowledge of platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

Bonus Points
- Experience growing niche pages or brand-new accounts
- Familiarity with content automation workflows
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
- Growth case studies or before/after examples

- Consistent follower growth on new pages
- Increasing engagement rates month over month
- Viral or high-performing content created through smart experimentation
- Efficient content production using AI
