About YourWelcome
YourWelcome is a hardware enabled SaaS for vacation rentals and serviced apartments. We provide an in-property smart tablet that gives guests instant access to property guides, check-in info, and upsells - no app download required. We integrate with leading Property Management Systems and support Stripe payments so managers can sell services and get paid directly.

Where you come in (Sales Development Rep): you’ll take daily/weekly call lists and turn them into attended demos for the Head of Sales. This is a phone-first role: qualify quickly, secure time in the Head of Sales’ calendar while on the call and record outcomes in HubSpot so deals move fast.

Role Summary
You’ll call pre-researched companies, reach the decision-maker or gatekeeper, qualify fit (units, PMS, role, top guest issues), and book a 15–30 min discovery/demo directly into the Head of Sales’ calendar. You’ll confirm details on the call, send a quick confirmation, run simple reminders to drive show-up and log every outcome in HubSpot (disposition, notes, next step). This is not long-form selling - your job is fast qualification and secured meetings.

What You’ll Do
* Call through assigned daily/weekly lists to reach decision-makers and book demos.
* Qualify fast: portfolio size, PMS, role/authority, top 1–2 pains (guest questions, upsells, check-in).
* Book the demo on the call (Head of Sales’ calendar), confirm email/phone, and send the invite.
* Handle gatekeepers professionally; capture name/direct email when the DM isn’t available.
* Leave concise voicemails and attempt smart callbacks across US time zones.
* Record outcomes in HubSpot: correct disposition, notes and next-step dates on every contact.
* Share daily updates on connects, booked meetings and common objections.

What You’ll Bring
* B2B phone appointment-setting experience for US markets.
* Clear, confident spoken English; strong objection handling and call control.
* Comfortable with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and a VoIP dialer; solid calendar etiquette.
* Organized, responsive, and consistent with data entry and follow-through.
* Nice to have: vacation rental familiarity

How We Work
* PH night shift aligned to US business hours; daily handoff by late US afternoon.
* Slack/Email/Google Meet collaboration with Sales.
