We’re looking for a desktop-based producer who turns our briefs into publish-ready content (video + design) and uses AI tools to generate video footage/visual assets as part of the workflow.

Work Style
We provide the ideas, direction, and ready-made copy in Arabic / English / Indonesian.
Your job is execution: high-output production with consistent brand style.

Responsibilities:
- Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts): strong hook, pacing, on-screen text, clean subtitles (AR/EN/ID).
- Occasionally edit YouTube long-form (6–10 min) with clear structure.
- Design brand social assets: static posts, carousels, stories, YouTube thumbnails/covers, simple banners/campaign creatives.
- Maintain consistent branding (templates, colors, fonts, layouts, watermark/logo).
- Generate AI-based video footage and visual assets when needed (e.g., scenes, b-roll, backgrounds, motion/animation, explainer visuals), then integrate and polish them into final edits.
- Use AI tools to speed up production (brief-to-script, transcription, subtitle generation/translation, improving on-screen copy, etc.).
- Organized delivery (project files + exports) via Drive/Notion/Jira.

Requirements (Must-have)
- Desktop/Laptop only (no mobile editing).
- CapCut Desktop (required).
- One pro editor: Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- One design tool: Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva (pro level) / Figma.
- Multilingual subtitle formatting (especially Arabic) + basic audio cleanup.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools and integrating AI-generated clips into publish-ready videos.

Test (Required)
1 Short video (30–45s) that includes AI-generated footage + an alternate hook version
2 static posts + 1 story design (same campaign)
Clean file delivery structure
