Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Back Office Administrator (CRM & Marketing Support) to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage our CRM (Growth Ninja), support marketing activities, and help maintain organized and efficient internal processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, supporting lead workflows, and assisting with marketing campaigns that drive business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working with CRM systems and marketing tools while providing reliable behind-the-scenes support.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Data Management
- Manage and maintain the Growth Ninja CRM, including data entry, updates, and reporting
- Track leads, client activity, and engagement within the CRM
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation for operations and marketing

Marketing Support
- Assist with email campaigns, social media scheduling, and content organization
- Support lead generation and marketing workflows
- Help organize marketing assets, campaigns, and performance data

Operations & Process Support
- Collaborate with the team to improve CRM workflows and marketing processes
- Prepare reports and updates related to leads, campaigns, and performance
- Assist with general administrative and back-office tasks to support daily operations

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, marketing, or CRM support roles
- Experience using Growth Ninja CRM or similar CRM platforms
- Basic marketing knowledge (email campaigns, social media, or content management)
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Stable internet connection and professional home office setup
