Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Development & Sales Support Specialist to support our growth and client relationship efforts. In this role, you will manage leads, coordinate communications, conduct follow-ups, and help ensure a smooth and professional experience for both prospects and existing clients. You will be responsible for handling emails, text messages, scheduling, CRM updates, and prospecting, while keeping leadership informed of lead status and sales activity. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with clients while supporting business development and sales operations behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Support
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business
- Manage incoming and outgoing leads and support sales and outreach efforts
- Use prospecting tools such as D7 Lead Finder to identify potential clients
- Assist with outbound and follow-up campaigns via email, text, and scheduling tools

CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update CRM records (preferably GoHighLevel) with accurate lead and client information
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and engagement history
- Ensure all communications and activities are properly logged

Communication & Scheduling
- Manage emails, text messages, and scheduling to ensure smooth client interactions
- Provide professional, polished communication on behalf of the company and leadership
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and reminders

Operations & Reporting
- Assist with project management and task tracking using tools such as ----------
- Provide leadership with updates on lead progress, follow-ups, and pipeline status
- Support general administrative and sales-related tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support
- Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using project management tools such as ----------
- Experience with prospecting tools such as D7 Lead Finder is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Professional demeanor and strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
