We’re hiring a Content Sourcing Manager to source, negotiate, and manage creator content via Backstage for our e-commerce brands.
This role owns creator outreach, payments, negotiations, deadline follow-ups, and content quality — ensuring all assets align perfectly with the brief and marketing needs.
From time to time, this role may also support small ad-hoc tasks related to content operations or creator coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Source high-quality creator content via Backstage
Negotiate rates, usage rights, and delivery timelines
Manage creator relationships end-to-end (communication, payments, follow-ups)
Ensure content meets brand guidelines and creative briefs
Coordinate closely with the marketing and creative teams
Track deliverables, deadlines, and revisions
Handle occasional small operational or coordination tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Experience sourcing and managing creators (UGC, ads, social content)
Strong negotiation and payment coordination skills
Excellent follow-up and deadline management
Clear written communication in English
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling occasional additional tasks outside core sourcing duties
Experience working with e-commerce or performance marketing teams is a strong plus
