Automation Expert (AI + Workflow Systems)

We are looking for an experienced automation expert who has already built real workflows using AI tools.

This is not a beginner role. You must have hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining automations that actually run in production.

What you will work on
• Building end-to-end automations using AI tools
• Connecting apps, data sources, and APIs into clean workflows
• Automating content, operations, lead handling, and internal systems
• Improving speed, reliability, and clarity across workflows

Required experience
• Proven experience building automations with tools such as:
• n8n
• Lovable
• Zapier or Make
• Experience integrating AI tools and LLMs into workflows
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data mapping
• Ability to document workflows clearly and explain logic

This role is for you if
• You have already built live automations, not just test projects
• You understand how to design workflows that scale
• You can troubleshoot broken automations fast
• You think in systems, not one-off fixes

Nice to have
• Experience with CRM, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets
• Experience automating content or creator workflows
• Light scripting or logic experience
