JOB OVERVIEW
Are you someone who loves structure, precision, and closing the loop on details? Do numbers, follow-ups, and systematic execution excite you? We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing sales team by ensuring processes, data, and follow-ups are managed with excellence.
Our ideal candidate is extremely organized, has a Type A personality, is great with numbers and data entry, and takes ownership of tasks — especially those that require accuracy and timely execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Sales Support & Data Management
-Enter and update sales data in our CRM/spreadsheets accurately.
-Source leads and find new prospects
-Track leads, status, and next action items with meticulous attention.
-Generate custom quotes for each prospect
-Follow up with prospects and internal teams to advance sales cycles.
-Maintain clean, organized records — no missing fields, no outdated entries.
-Create weekly reports summarizing sales data for review.
Communication & Coordination
-Respond to internal and external messages professionally and promptly.
-Coordinate with tea
-Assist in preparing sales documents, quotes, summaries, and follow-ups.
Process & System Improvement
-Identify gaps in existing sales workflows and suggest improvements.
-Maintain SOPs for sales tasks, including data entry, follow-up cadences, and reporting.
-Improve consistency across tagging, segmentation, and CRM hygiene.
Core Administrative Tasks
-Calendar coordination for sales calls, demos, and follow-ups.
-Filing and documentation of sales records and communication.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a detail-oriented administrative or sales support role.
Organized: Exceptional organizational skills with a structured, proactive approach.
Type A Personality: You take initiative, get things done, and don’t let loose ends stay loose.
Math & Data Skills: Comfortable with numbers, formulas, reporting, and accurate data entry.
CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Notion CRM, Sheets).
Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication.
Follow-Up Discipline: You always follow through and keep stakeholders informed.
Independent & Reliable: Can work autonomously with minimal supervision.
