GoHighLevel (GHL) Virtual Assistant – Automation, Flyers & Social Media (Long-Term)

I am the owner of Big Steppas Streamz, a growing subscription-based streaming service brand.
I am looking for a skilled, reliable, and creative Virtual Assistant with STRONG GoHighLevel (GHL) experience to help support daily operations and assist with scaling the brand toward 2,000+ active subscribers.

This is a long-term position for someone who understands systems, consistency, and execution.

???? ROLE PURPOSE

Support the growth of Big Steppas Streamz through automation, marketing assets, social media support, and customer communication.

???? CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
???? GoHighLevel (PRIMARY – REQUIRED)

Manage and maintain GoHighLevel account

Build and update:

Funnels

Forms

Workflows

Automations

Connect and manage:

Stripe / PayPal


Email & SMS campaigns

Track leads, subscribers, and automation performance

Troubleshoot and fix automation issues

???? Flyer & Content Creation (PRIMARY)

Create flyers consistently (daily or multiple times per week)

Use Canva (brand templates provided)

Design content for:

Instagram posts

Stories

Reels covers

WhatsApp promotions

Update flyers for:

Promotions

Limited-time offers

Referral campaigns

???? Social Media & Messaging Support (SECONDARY)

Respond to:

Instagram DMs

WhatsApp messages

Basic customer inquiries

Use provided scripts (no guessing)

Qualify leads and send onboarding links

Escalate technical or sensitive issues to owner

? Excellent written English
? Organized and detail-oriented
? Able to follow systems and instructions exactly
? Stable internet connection
? Laptop or desktop computer

? WORK SCHEDULE

Part-Time to start (4–6 hours per day)

Flexible schedule
