JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist (Lead Generation) to support our sales and market expansion efforts.

This role focuses on building lead databases, executing outreach via LinkedIn and email, and setting qualified meetings for senior sales tea ---------- mbers. You will not be closing deals — your goal is to generate high-quality conversations.

This is a long-term remote role for someone who is detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable with outbound outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and build targeted B2B lead lists (companies and decision-makers)

Use LinkedIn, email, and online tools to source and scrape lead data

Execute outbound outreach campaigns (LinkedIn messages, cold emails)

Qualify leads and set meetings with relevant decision-makers

Maintain and update lead information in CRM or spreadsheets

Follow up with prospects professionally and consistently

Work closely with the sales team to refine targeting and messaging

Tools You’ll Use:

LinkedIn (Sales Navigator experience is a plus)


Email
outreach tools (or manual email campaigns)

Google Sheets / CRM systems

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B lead generation, SDR, or appointment setting

Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for outbound outreach

Strong written English (clear, professional communication)

Ability to research decision-makers and company information accurately

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Attention to detail and consistency in daily output
