JOB OVERVIEW

Video Editor for High-Converting Meta Ads | E-Commerce Brand | Full-Time
We're an established e-commerce brand looking for a skilled video editor who specializes in creating scroll-stopping Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. This is a full-time role for someone who's fast, creative, and obsessed with making content that converts.

What You'll Be Doing:

Editing short-form video ads (20-60 seconds) designed to stop the scroll and drive sales
Crafting strong hooks, tight pacing, and compelling visual storytelling
Sourcing B-roll and viral content clips from TikTok, Adspy, and Pipiads
Editing raw UGC footage into polished, high-performing ad creatives
Adding captions, sound effects, music, and transitions that boost engagement
Using AI tools like 11 Labs for voiceovers and audio enhancement
Collaborating on scripts and creative angles for new ad concepts
Keeping up with trends in direct-response advertising and short-form content

Requirements:

Proven experience editing video ads for e-commerce brands (not just general video editing)
Strong portfolio of Meta or TikTok ads with demonstrated performance
Experience editing UGC content specifically
Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Hands-on experience with 11 Labs (this is important—not optional)
Familiarity with Claude AI for scripting and creative assistance and
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality—if you prefer slow, methodical editing, this isn't the right fit

To Apply:
Start your application with the word "STORM" or it will not be reviewed.
Then answer these questions:

Have you edited ads for an e-commerce brand before? Briefly describe the brand, product type, and your role.
Link your portfolio. Which piece are you most proud of, and what made it perform well?
Walk me through your process for one ad in your portfolio—what was the brief, what challenges came up, and how did you solve them?
What's your experience with 11 Labs? How have you used it in past projects?
