About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Representative to drive B2B sales of Spectralink Wi-Fi and DECT mobile handsets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, understands technology, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You will work closely with partners and end-customers across healthcare, enterprise, and industrial sectors, helping them improve mobility, communication, and workforce productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
• Proactively generating and qualifying leads via phone,
• Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to order closure
• Building strong relationships with resellers, system integrators, and end-users
• Positioning the value of Spectralink Wi-Fi and DECT solutions for mission-critical environments
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate mobile communication solutions
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and pipeline goals
• Maintaining accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts in Zoho CRM
• Collaborating with marketing, pre-sales, and vendor teams to drive campaigns and deals
• Staying current on product features, competitive positioning, and market trends
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of sales capability, technical curiosity, and strong communication skills.
Essential qualifications and attributes:
• Proven experience in B2B senior sales, technology sales, or a related commercial role
• Strong sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset and comfort working to targets
• Technical familiarity with one or more of the following:
• VoIP and unified communications
• Wi-Fi networking
• DECT technology
• Mobile devices or enterprise mobility solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience using a CRM system such as Zoho, or similar
• Strong organisation, follow-up, and time-management skills
• A proactive, coachable attitude with a desire to learn and grow
