We are hiring a Meta Media Buyer who can build, optimize, and scale
Requirements (Must-Have)
Meta Ads Mastery: Build, optimize, and scale FB/IG campaigns independently
Creative Testing & Iteration: Test hooks/angles/creatives fast; kill losers early
Audience Targeting Logic: Cold vs retargeting vs lookalikes and when to use each
Tracking & Attribution Basics: Pixel + Conversion API setup, verify events, spot tracking issues
Performance Analysis: Understand CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and make data-driven decisions
Funnel Understanding: Ads connect properly to lead forms / landing pages / follow-ups
Required Skill for This Role: Competitor Ads Analysis
You must be able to review competitor ads and explain:
what offers/angles they’re using
what creatives/hooks are working
what you would test to outperform them
Responsibilities
Launch and manage FB/IG campaigns (cold + retargeting + LALs)
Build and run a structured creative testing plan weekly
Optimize based on metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Audit tracking and ensure accurate event reporting (Pixel/CAPI)
Provide short weekly updates: what was tested, results, next actions
Analyze competitor ads and provide actionable testing recommendations
