We are seeking an IT & Automation Integrator to design, maintain, and optimize the technical backbone of our business — ensuring leads flow cleanly, systems talk to each other, and our team never misses an opportunity due to broken automatons.

Role Overview
This role owns the architecture, automation, and reliability of our digital systems, with a heavy emphasis on Go High Level, Zapier, and lead-source integrations.

You will work closely with the Executive Assistant and leadership to execute approved strategies, maintain uptime, and document systems so knowledge is never siloed.

Core Responsibilities
CRM & Automation
1. Build, maintain, and optimize automations in Go High Level
2. Integrate lead sources via Zapier (Zillow, ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , etc.)
3. Create segmented workflows for:
- Buyers
- Sellers
- Rental applicants
- Owners / investors
- Vendors
4. Ensure leads are contacted within 20 minutes via automated SMS/email
5. Implement tagging, lead scoring, and conditional logic
6. Create internal tasks for staff when automation milestones trigger
7. Monitor automations daily for failures or delays

Website & Funnels
1. Own and maintain the Go High Level website
2. Build and update landing pages and funnels
3. Implement SEO basics (page structure, metadata, performance)
4. Ensure all forms connect correctly to CRM pipelines
5. Maintain conversion tracking and analytics

Marketing & Campaign Support
1. Execute approved marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Executive Assistant
2. Assist in campaign design and optimization
3. Monitor analytics, conversions, and lead quality
4. Coordinate with leasing and admin staff to ensure workflows align with real-world processes

Systems Documentation & Security
1. Create and maintain SOP documentation
2. Develop troubleshooting guides and fail-safe procedures
3. Implement tiered access and permission controls
4. Support system transitions (Twilio onboarding, Ooma phase-out)

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Go High Level
- Zapier automation experience
- CRM logic and workflow design
- Website and funnel development
- Strong documentation habits
- High attention to detail and reliability

Preferred Skills
- Real estate or property management systems
- Twilio SMS/voice configuration
- Multi-platform lead integrations
- Experience working alongside admin/leasing teams
