Appointment Setter

Part-time | 15–20 hrs/week | USD $4.00 – $5.50 per hour

We’re looking for a reliable, phone-confident, Appointment Setter to support our a growing Australian cleaning service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys calling warm inbound leads, following clear scripts, booking appointments, and keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day inbound lead execution, including:
- Calling warm inbound cleaning client leads
- Booking client appointments
- Following scripted call flows
- Updating CRM records accurately
- Completing scheduled follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:
- Confident making outbound calls
- Clear, neutral English accent
- Previous experience with outbound or warm lead calling
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Organised, reliable, and consistent

Experience in home services or call-centre roles is a bonus, but not required.
