We are looking for an Outreach Assistant to help us contact brands, follow up, schedule calls, and keep our database clean and organized.

Responsibilities

Send outreach emails and DMs using provided scripts

Follow up with brands according to instructions

Set up calls using a calendar link

Enter and update data in Google Sheets / CRM

Keep clean records of outreach, replies, and next steps

Provide simple feedback on responses and follow-ups

Target Brands

Direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands

Categories: fashion, beauty, jewelry, home

Physical products only

Requirements

Experience with email or DM outreach

Strong written English

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable with repetitive, rule-based work

Familiar with Google Sheets or CRM tools
