Online Research VA – Boutique Contact List (US Market)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to research and build a list of US-based boutiques that may be interested in purchasing discounted apparel inventory.

This role is research and data collection only. You will find boutique contact details and enter them into a structured Google Sheet with multiple tabs based on where the data is sourced from.

Clear instructions and a spreadsheet template will be provided.

Responsibilities

Research US-based clothing boutiques using:
- Google Maps
- Instagram
- Wholesale platforms (ex: Faire)
- Boutique directories

Collect accurate contact information, including:
- Business name
- Email address and/or phone number
- Website
- Instagram handle
- City & state

Enter all data into Google Sheets using the correct tabs and format
Avoid duplicates and non-relevant businesses

Requirements
- Experience with online research and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to identify real boutiques (not big chains or unrelated stores)
- Reliable internet connection
- Able to follow written instructions closely
