We are looking for a reliable, long-term Virtual Assistant to help manage daily communication and rental operations.

????? What You’ll Do

Reply to guest messages (Turo & SMS)

Manage bookings and trip extensions

Send check-in / check-out instructions

Update simple tracking spreadsheets

Coordinate with cleaners & repair shops

Monitor late returns and report issues

Help with damage reports and claims

? Requirements

Good English (written & spoken)

Responsible and available full-time

Fast internet + laptop

Able to multitask and follow instructions

Customer service experience is a plus
