Walmart WFS Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle product sourcing specifically for Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS).

This role is focused on identifying profitable, scalable products that meet Walmart WFS requirements. You will research products, analyze margins, track leads, and deliver clear sourcing data that can be acted on immediately.

This is not a beginner role. You must understand how Walmart WFS sourcing actually works.

Responsibilities

Research and identify profitable Walmart WFS-eligible products

Analyze pricing, fees, margins, and competition

Track sourcing leads accurately in shared documents

Monitor trends, availability, and pricing changes

Provide clean, structured sourcing reports

Follow sourcing criteria and instructions exactly

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Proven experience sourcing products for Walmart WFS

Strong understanding of profitability and margin analysis

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Reliable communication and timely responses

Strong written English

Nice to Have

Experience scaling Walmart WFS accounts

Familiarity with Walmart seller policies and restrictions

Experience working with U.S.-based e-commerce businesses
