Content Scouting Role ( TikTok & Lemon8 & Instagram)

We’re looking for someone who enjoys scrolling short-form content and spotting items that show strong traction and interest.

What you’ll be doing:

Browse short form video platforms to identify items gaining attention

Occasionally check a secondary platform for similar content

Compare findings against a simple guideline document we provide

Log qualified finds into a shared online tracker

Focus on items that show strong engagement, repeat exposure, or audience reaction

What we’re looking for:

Very familiar with short form video feeds

Good eye for trends and patterns

Able to follow step-by-step guidelines

Organized and consistent

Comfortable working independently

Compensation:
