Freelance WordPress & SEO Specialist (Gig-Based, Ongoing)

We’re looking for a reliable freelance WordPress, and a third-party website & SEO specialist to support two websites on an ongoing, gig-based basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing, fixing, and improving existing sites rather than building from scratch every day.

Responsibilities
• WordPress website updates, fixes, and maintenance
• Custom website edits and improvements
• Google Ads setup, optimization, and troubleshooting for two businesses
• SEO optimization (on-page + technical)
• Keyword research and implementation
• Schema markup and structured data
• Website performance and full SEO maximization
• Adding and optimizing new content/material as needed

Requirements
• Strong experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, troubleshooting)
• Solid understanding of SEO, schema, keywords, and site optimization
• Experience with Google Ads
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Clear communication and responsiveness

Work Structure
• Freelance / gig-based
• Work provided as needed (occasional updates, fixes, new material)
• No guaranteed hours, but ongoing work for the right person

Compensation
• $6 USD per hour
• Paid per approved gig/task
