JOB OVERVIEW

READ THIS FIRST (IMPORTANT)

This is a senior, autonomous role.

If you need daily coaching, scripts, reassurance, or constant access to the Founder, do not apply.

After a short onboarding period, you will be expected to independently take the Founder to market, represent them professionally, and keep their calendar filled without day-to-day management.

This role is for someone who already knows exactly what they are doing and wants a long-term position with upside.

THE MISSION (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Your responsibility is simple and absolute:

Independently take the Founder to market and consistently book 15–20 qualified B2B companies per month into high-value, paid diagnostic sessions — with minimal Founder involvement.

That is 3–5 qualified bookings per week, every week.
Booked. Qualified. Attended. Paid.

AUTONOMY EXPECTATION

Once trained and aligned, you will:

Decide how to execute outreach

Choose the best channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, email, etc.)

Run daily activity without oversight

Optimise messaging and systems independently

Solve problems without escalation

You will not be micromanaged.
You will not be spoon-fed.
You will represent the Founder in the market.

If you need constant direction, this role is not for you.

WHAT YOU OWN (END-TO-END)
???? Founder Positioning & Representation

You will:

Deeply understand the Founder’s thinking, tone, and diagnostic approach

Represent the Founder confidently and professionally

Speak to decision-makers as a direct extension of the Founder

Maintain authority, clarity, and credibility in every interaction

You are the front line of the Founder’s brand.

???? Offer Packaging (Diagnostics + Follow-On Offers)

You will:

Clearly position the diagnostic sessions

Understand and introduce follow-on offers where appropriate

Move companies from interest ? diagnostic ? next step

Ensure only serious companies reach the Founder

This is not booking for booking’s sake.

???? Outbound Demand Creation (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

You will independently:

Cold call senior decision-makers

Run LinkedIn outreach and conversations

Use email where appropriate

Follow up relentlessly

Adapt messaging based on results

You do whatever works — not what’s comfortable.

???? Qualification & Calendar Ownership

You fully own:

Qualification standards

Booking decisions

Calendar quality

Show-up rates

If unqualified or low-quality calls reach the calendar, that is on you.

???? AI, AUTOMATION & EFFICIENCY (CORE REQUIREMENT)

You are expected to:

Use AI and automation tools daily

Constantly look for ways to improve efficiency

Reduce manual work while increasing results

Experiment, refine, and optimise systems

You should naturally think:

“How do I get better results in less time?”

You must be AI-literate, creative, and excited by optimisation.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
???? Advanced, Proven Experience (MANDATORY)

You must have already done this in a previous role.

Experience must include:

Taking founders, consultants, or expert-led offers to market

Booking consistent, high-quality B2B appointments

Operating independently without supervision

Representing senior figures professionally

Comfortable speaking with Founders, Directors, and senior leaders

Able to communicate authority and clarity

This will be tested live.

Phones are part of the job. No exceptions.

Familiar with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Comfortable experimenting with tools and workflows

Focused on leverage, not busywork

COMPENSATION & GROWTH (OPTION 4 – PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN)

This role is designed for confident operators who want upside, autonomy, and long-term growth.

PHASE 1: PROOF PHASE (FIRST 60 DAYS)

Base: $600 per month

Bonus: $75 per qualified, completed, and paid diagnostic booking

Expectation: 12–15 qualified bookings per month minimum

Failure to hit this consistently = role ends.

PHASE 2: SCALE & OWNERSHIP PHASE

After consistent performance is proven:

Base: $1,200 per month

Bonus: $50 per qualified, completed, and paid diagnostic booking

Target: 15–20 qualified bookings per month

Additional performance incentives available for top performers

No ceiling for strong performance.

What Counts as a Booking

A booking only counts if ALL are true:

Decision-maker

Meets agreed company criteria

Diagnostic is attended

Diagnostic is paid

No-shows, unpaid, or unqualified bookings do not count.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

? Not marketing or social media
? Not lead scraping
? Not short-term
? Not micromanaged

This is a senior, autonomous, long-term role.
