Job Overview
We are seeking 2 reliable Virtual Assistants to handle inbound and outbound phone calls during tax season. This role is critical to client intake, appointment scheduling, and general customer support.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls professionally
Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and existing clients
Schedule tax preparation appointments
Collect basic client information and route cases appropriately
Provide clear, polite customer service
Log call notes accurately in our system
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Clear, professional phone voice
Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Ability to follow scripts and intake procedures
Detail-oriented and punctual
Nice to Have
Experience in U.S. tax offices, financial services, or appointment setting
Familiarity with CRMs or call systems
