HIRING: Social Media Comment Moderator (Facebook | Remote | Full-Time)

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company operating multiple Shopify dropshipping stores across Europe and the US.
Our social media presence plays a critical role in our brand image and ad performance, which is why proper comment moderation and engagement is essential.

We are now hiring a full-time Social Media Comment Moderator to manage >Facebook comments under our ads and posts.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is:

Highly attentive and detail-oriented

Fast and responsive

Comfortable working inside Facebook daily

Able to follow clear moderation rules and SOPs

Emotionally neutral and professional (not reactive)

Comfortable hiding or removing negative comments

Able to engage positively under good comments

Reliable and consistent with daily tasks

Comfortable working independently

This role is not customer service and not content creation.
Your focus is comment moderation and engagement only.

Your Responsibilities

Monitor >Facebook comments under ads and posts daily

Hide negative, spammy, or harmful comments according to guidelines

Reply or react under positive comments when instructed

Ensure comment sections remain clean and brand-safe

Follow internal SOPs for what to hide, ignore, or engage with

Report unusual patterns or repeated negative activity

Keep basic internal logs if required

Requirements

Previous experience moderating Facebook or social media comments

Strong English reading and writing skills

Ability to stay calm and objective when seeing negative comments

Comfortable working full-time, 7 days per week if needed

Able to follow rules and moderation guidelines strictly

Fast reaction time and attention to detail

Stable internet connection and backup plan

Bonus

Experience moderating comments for ads

Experience working with e-commerce brands

Familiarity with Meta / Facebook interfaces
