About Us:

Upstage Co designs and delivers innovative, safe, and visually stunning stage structures for events, concerts, and productions. We’re expanding and looking for talented engineers to join our remote team—with plans for a Cebu office!

What You’ll Do:

Design and draft staging structures & architectural components using AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Inventor, or SolidWorks.

Create 2D/3D models, technical drawings, and assembly plans.

Collaborate with production and installation teams to deliver safe, functional, and eye-catching designs.

Participate in online meetings and coordinate effectively with a remote team.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD + at least one 3D design software (Fusion 360, Inventor, SolidWorks).

Understanding of architectural and staging design principles.

Fresh grads with solid project work or experienced engineers ready to contribute immediately.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
