About Us:

BioPak is an environmentally friendly packaging business. We supply our products across AUS & NZ and are planning to open new branches in London and Singapore by the end of 2017. We are the industry leader in sustainable packaging in Australia. We supply both to distributors and direct customers across AUS & NZ.

Our approach with customers is about:

**Ensuring that their orders or enquiries are addressed quickly (usually within 10 minutes of receipt)
**Ensuring that their orders are processed accurately - even if the customer made a mistake
**Communicating with customers before potential problems arise
**Doing everything possible to meet their expectations and to create the best experience possible


About You:

You will be working remotely and will communicate with us via Email, Skype and Phone. Your main responsibility will be taking and capturing of orders into our online platform - Netsuite. You are often the first point of contact with our customers (via Phone & email) and must be able to communicate with Australians as if English is your first language. (Both in the way you write and the way you speak). You will need to display exceptional accuracy in capturing orders as well as efficiency. You will be classified as part of the 'Sales Team', although your role is more about administration. You will be required to learn about our products and will be required to reply to our customers via email. You may be required to help customers with product enquiries and recommendations.

Essential Skills:

**Strong English, including written and spoken comprehension
**High internet Speed with Fast Backup Connection
**Experience Using Netsuite is desirable but not necessary
**Ability to work under pressure and to time constraints
**College or University Graduate
**Call Centre Experience & Excellent Phone Manner
**Ability to quickly learn new systems - must be Tech Savvy
**Ability to think outside the box - You must find potential problems before they arise!
**Sense of Urgency - We are a business in a competitive industry, we strive to provide the quickest and most efficient service and delivery turn around times
**Ability to take criticism as an opportunity to grow and learn
**Strong, Confident Individual who will become part of the team, but will also strive to improve the team as a whole
