The Growth Lifecycle & Retention Associate at Mind The Skin supports the Head of Growth Operations by executing and maintaining the post-purchase and retention systems that build trust, confidence, and repeat behavior.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will work directly inside lifecycle tools to ensure customers receive the right information at the right time and that communication aligns with product usage, fulfillment, and launches. Success in this role is measured by clarity, consistency, and improved repeat purchase behavior.
What you will do:
• Build and maintain
• Support onboarding, education, replenishment, and retention journeys
• QA post-purchase communication timing, logic, and accuracy
• Coordinate with Growth Ops and CX on launches and campaign readiness
• Monitor lifecycle flow performance and surface improvement opportunities
• Support testing of subject lines, timing, and message structure
