I'm Andreas Pettersson, founder of Leaders ADAPT, a leadership development and executive coaching company. I help CEOs and senior leaders grow through mastermind groups, coaching, and strategic advisory.
I need a talented content creator to become the voice behind my brand and help me show up consistently across all platforms.
What You'll Create

LinkedIn posts and articles in my voice
Weekly newsletters
Blog posts optimized for SEO
Social graphics, carousels, and quote images (Canva)
Short video clips and reels from podcast episodes
Lead magnets and downloadable guides

Email sequences and landing page copy

What I'm Looking For

Strong English writing skills (this is non-negotiable)
2+ years creating content for a founder, executive, or personal brand
Canva or similar design tools
Basic video editing for short clips (CapCut, Descript, or similar)
Understands LinkedIn and what performs well there
Can match someone's voice quickly and write like them, not like AI

Bonus Skills

Experience with GoHighLevel or funnel platforms
SEO knowledge
Podcast repurposing experience
