The Role

This is a pure EMAIL copywriting role — all writing is for emails.

You’ll write clear, concise, conversion-focused email copy with strong CTAs, while also contributing to the creative and design direction of each email. This role requires both strategic thinking and creative execution.

You must be able to work independently, hit deadlines consistently, and manage multiple brands at once.

What You’ll Do
-Write high-converting email campaigns and flows for ecommerce brands
-Create strong hooks, angles, and email ideas
-Provide design and creative direction (layout ideas, visual inspo, structure)
-Prepare clear briefs for designers
-Collaborate on and suggest A/B tests (subject lines, hooks, CTAs, formats)
-Build and schedule emails in Klaviyo
-Review performance and apply learnings to future emails
-Follow internal systems and meet strict deadlines (this is critical)

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
-Proven experience writing emails for ecommerce brands
-Fluent in English (written and spoken)
-Strong understanding of conversion-focused email copy
-Comfortable balancing copy + creative thinking
-Organized, deadline-driven, and reliable
-Able to work independently without constant supervision
-Willing to receive feedback and improve quickly

Must be proficient in:
-Google Docs
-Asana
-Klaviyo

Work Environment

Full-time, remote

Compensation
-PHP 30,000–60,000/month, depending on experience
-Exceptional candidates may be considered up to PHP 70,000
