IN CEBU Production Assistant (P.A.) – Feature Film (On-Set | Cavite, Philippines | No Experience Required)

In CEBU - We’re looking for motivated, positive, and professional Production Assistants to join the crew of an upcoming feature film working with Hollywood talent and an international production team.

This is a hands-on, on-set role ideal for individuals who want real production experience, are eager to learn, and understand the importance of professionalism on a working film set.

No prior film experience required attitude, reliability, and work ethic matter more than your résumé.

What You’ll Do (Typical P.A. Responsibilities)
Production Assistants support all departments and help keep the set running smoothly. Tasks may include:
Assisting with set operations and logistics
Helping move, set up, and break down equipment (under supervision)
Running errands and production “runs”
Supporting the assistant directors, production team, and department heads
Managing paperwork, call sheets, and basic administrative tasks
Assisting with craft services (water, snacks, meals)
Helping maintain order, safety, and professionalism on set
Escorting talent or crew when needed
Standing by on set to respond quickly to production needs
Keeping set areas clean, organized, and efficient
Following instructions precisely and on time
Every day is different flexibility is required.
And occasionally might be thrown in as background talent from time to time. Could lead to bigger roles in the future.
