About Us

We are a growing digital agency specialising in CRM systems and AI-powered automation solutions, primarily using GoHighLevel (GHL). We help businesses improve lead generation, sales processes, and operational efficiency using modern systems.

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (junior-mid) who is organised, reliable, and eager to learn, to support our sales and marketing activities on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

Cold Email & Lead Generation Support

Assist with managing cold email campaigns using tools such as Salesforge and Instantly.

Prospect leads from Google Maps and other online sources

Collect, organise, and maintain lead data in a master spreadsheet

Support campaign management with the goal of booking appointments

LinkedIn Assistance

Help create and schedule LinkedIn posts

Reply to comments and messages using provided guidelines

Assist with outreach activities to support appointment booking

Social Media Support (Light, Ongoing)

Assist with basic Instagram and Facebook content tasks

Help with scheduling posts and simple engagement


Email & Content Support

Assist with preparing and sending a newsletter

General Support

Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or strong willingness to learn

Basic experience with spreadsheets, email tools, and online research

Good written English and clear verbal communication

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Able to follow instructions and work independently

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with cold email tools, campaigns or CRM systems

Experience with LinkedIn outreach

Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or digital agencies
