About Axon Group
Axon Group hosts a variety of brands within the neuromarketing space. We create marketing assets for multiple client brands. You’ll work on ad creatives that range from supporting visuals for LinkedIn posts to complete ad sets for media campaigns.
What you’ll do
Design static ads for Meta
Create light motion versions using simple transitions (subtle movement, animated text/overlays, quick transitions)
Deliver campaign-ready asset sets: multiple sizes/variants where needed
Translate briefs into clean, on-brand visuals (for different clients/brands)
Iterate quickly based on feedback
Keep files organized and handoff-ready (exports + editable source files)
Typical deliverables
Depending on client needs, you may create:
A single visual to support a LinkedIn post
A full campaign ad set (multiple concepts + sizes + variants)
Display ad creatives in standard sizes
Requirements (must-have)
Proven experience designing paid social ads and/or display ads
Strong portfolio with real ad creatives (Meta/LinkedIn/Display) — not only logos/branding
Able to work across different brand styles (agency/client work)
Comfortable with fast iterations and clear communication in English
Full-time availability and reliable internet
3 hours overlap with CET (Amsterdam time zone)
Tools
Use whatever tools you need to do the job well. You must clearly list your tools in your application (e.g., Adobe, Figma, Canva, After Effects, etc.) and confirm you can deliver:
Final exports (PNG/JPG/MP4/GIF where relevant)
Editable source files (requested for handoff/iterations)

Application Process (4 steps)
Step 1 — Apply with portfolio
Apply with your portfolio that includes ad and/or post content. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. From all applicants, we will create a longlist selection.
Step 2 — DISC test
Selected candidates from the longlist will be invited to complete a DISC test.
Step 3 — Design assessment (ad set from briefing)
After the DISC test, selected candidates will receive an assessment to create an ad set from a briefing.
This assessment is unpaid. If you are the winner of the assessment and get hired, you will receive a USD 25 bonus with your first payment.
Step 4 — Hired & start
