Operations Dispatchers

Remote | Full-Time | $5.50-$7.50 per hour + performance bonuses

GrandCare Cleaning operates a multi-city cleaning network across NYC, North NJ, and Los Angeles. We manage thousands of dollars per day in booked cleaning work and dispatch professional cleaners through a live scheduling system.

We are hiring Operations Dispatchers to run our daily job flow, manage cleaners, and protect revenue.

This is not a call center job.
This is a real operations role.

What You Will Control

You will be responsible for managing multiple booking accounts and ensuring cleaners are fully booked with 6–12 hour daily routes so they qualify for bonus pay.

Your job is to:
• Claim cleaning jobs
• Confirm clients
• Build efficient routes
• Dispatch cleaners
• Replace no-shows
• Protect company revenue

Your goal every day is simple:

Every cleaner gets 6–12 hours of work. Every job gets covered. No revenue is lost.

How This System Works

Clients book cleaning services through our platform partners. We claim those jobs, confirm the clients, and assign cleaners through our scheduling system.

Cleaners earn:
• $17–$19.25 per hour
• Bonuses up to $50 per day
• Tips

A cleaner who works 12 hours with a $50 bonus earns $250+ per day before tips.

Your role is to make sure those 12-hour routes actually happen.

Your Daily Responsibilities

You will:
• Monitor booking accounts (job facilitation)
• Claim high-paying jobs
• Call and message clients to confirm
• Group jobs into routes
• Upload jobs into Connecteam
• Send shift offers to cleaners
• Track who shows up
• Replace no-shows
• Handle lockouts
• Update schedules in real time

You will be running a real dispatch operation.

Software You Will Use

You will be trained on:
•1 job acquisition platform
• OpenPhone (calling & texting clients)
• Connecteam (scheduling & payroll)
• Google Sheets (cleaner & account tracking)

Pay
